The pools were well-maintained and perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. It felt like a peaceful retreat, even though we were just a short drive from the city. However, I encountered issues with the Wi-Fi only being accessible in certain areas, which was inconvenient. The bathroom in my room had a musty odor that detracted from the overall enjoyment. A bit more attention to room maintenance would really elevate the experience.

Extremely slow WiFi!!! Hot water takes ages to reach the shower, and no windows in the room can feel claustrophobic. It's quite the trek to the city center, which might not suit everyone's preference!!!

The family room was spacious with two bathrooms which was a lifesaver for us. The kids loved the pools and the breakfast was a solid start to our day with various options.

My previous stay in chiang mai was great, but rainforests chiangmai exceeded my expectations. The rooms and lounging areas felt beautiful, like we were really in a rainforest! The friendly staff was a highlight, especially during our fantastic walking tour.
